The Pakistani Bazaar name, logo, website design and our own text and graphics are owned by Pakistani Bazaar. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Seller content
Product titles, descriptions and photos are uploaded by sellers. By uploading content, a seller confirms that they own it or have permission to use it, and gives Pakistani Bazaar a licence to display it on the website and in our marketing of their products.
- Sellers must not use other people's photos, logos or trademarks without permission.
- Counterfeit or replica products may not be sold as original branded items.
Reporting infringement
If you believe a listing uses your copyright or trademark without permission, email hello@pakistanibazaar.pk with:
- your name and contact details;
- the link(s) to the listing or store;
- a description of your work or trademark and proof that you own it;
- a statement that the information in your report is accurate.
We will review the report, may remove the listing while we investigate, and will inform the seller. Stores with repeated infringements will be suspended.
