Delivery & Cash on Delivery

How your order reaches you

1. Placed — you place the order and receive an order number.
2. Confirmed — the seller calls you to confirm the Cash on Delivery order.
3. Packed — the seller prepares your package.
4. Shipped — the package is handed to the courier; a tracking number is added when available.
5. Delivered — you receive the parcel and pay the rider in cash.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days after the seller confirms them. Orders to remote areas, and orders placed on public holidays, may take a few extra days.

If you buy from more than one store, each store sends its own package, so parcels may arrive separately.

Delivery charges

• Rs. 150 per store package.
• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more.
• The exact delivery fee is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pay the full amount shown on your order (products + delivery) in cash to the rider.
• Please keep the exact amount ready — riders may not carry change.
• COD is available for orders up to Rs. 500,000.
• Never pay anyone in advance for a COD order. Pakistani Bazaar and our sellers will not ask you to send money before delivery.

At the door

• Check that the parcel is sealed and the name and order number are correct before paying.
• If the parcel is clearly damaged or opened, you may refuse it and contact us.
• Keep the packaging for a few days in case you need to return the item.

Wrong address or unavailable?

Make sure your mobile number is reachable. If the rider cannot contact you after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to the seller and the order cancelled.
