These terms apply to everyone who uses pakistanibazaar.pk ("Pakistani Bazaar", "we", "us"). By browsing, registering, placing an order or opening a store, you agree to them.
1. About the marketplace
Pakistani Bazaar is an online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers ("stores"). We provide the platform, order tracking and customer support. The sale of each product is between you and the seller of that product.
2. Accounts
- Please give accurate information, including a mobile number where you can be reached.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Customer accounts and seller accounts are separate. A seller account is used to run a store in Seller Center.
- We may suspend accounts that give false information or do not follow these terms.
3. Orders and prices
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The total, including delivery, is shown before you place an order.
- An order is accepted when the seller confirms it. A seller may decline an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed by mistake, or the order cannot be confirmed.
- If a price or description error is found, you will be offered the correct price or a cancellation.
4. Payment: Cash on Delivery
Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery. You agree to pay the full order amount to the rider on delivery. If COD orders are refused again and again without a valid reason, COD may be turned off for that account or number.
5. Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery times and charges are explained on Delivery & COD. You may cancel an order until the seller packs it. Returns follow our Returns & Refunds policy.
6. Reviews
Only customers who received an order can review it. Reviews should be honest and respectful. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false or promotional.
7. Sellers
- New stores are reviewed and approved by our team before customers can see them.
- Sellers must list genuine products they are allowed to sell, with accurate descriptions and real photos.
- Sellers must confirm, pack and ship orders on time and keep order statuses up to date.
- New products are reviewed before they go live. Listings or stores that break these terms may be removed.
8. Not allowed
- Selling fake, stolen or banned items.
- Fake orders, fake reviews or misuse of Cash on Delivery.
- Abusive behaviour towards customers, sellers or our staff.
- Any attempt to break, overload or copy the website.
9. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the marketplace safe, but we do not make the products sold by stores. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. See also our Disclaimer.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms follow the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Peshawar handle any disputes.
