Remember: Pakistani Bazaar will never ask for your password, OTP, CNIC photos or an advance payment for a Cash on Delivery order.
For customers
- Order through the website. Place orders using the cart and checkout so your order is recorded, trackable and covered by our returns support.
- Never pay in advance for COD. If anyone asks you to send money before delivery (by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer), do not pay and report it to us.
- Check before you pay the rider. Confirm your name and order number on the parcel and that it is sealed.
- Prefer verified stores. Look for the Verified badge and read product ratings from real buyers.
- Protect your account. Use a strong password that you don't use on other sites and never share it.
- Be careful with "too good to be true" prices on expensive items such as phones and electronics.
For sellers
- Call to confirm COD orders before packing, and check that the address is complete.
- Describe products honestly with real photos, sizes and warranty details.
- Ship on time and update the order status in Seller Center so customers know what's happening.
- Keep your Seller Center password private, and log out on shared computers.
- Keep orders on the platform. Deals arranged outside Pakistani Bazaar aren't tracked and aren't covered by our support.
